Leadership Coaching is about developing  the capabilities of high performing leaders to do even better. I can help you as an Executive Coach in navigating strategic leadership challenges relevant to you. I have worked with senior executives & board level leaders in variety of industry sectors.

I am a certified Leadership Coach with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Singapore. As an Associate Coach, I have actively coached clients across multiple sectors. These include Automobile, Telecom, IT Consulting, ITES, Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, Cement, Hospitality & Government Sectors.  I worked with Oil India Limited (OIL), an exploration and production company in various capacities including Head of Talent Management & Leadership Development.
