Women Leadership referes to women occupying leadership roles in organisations, communities, or governments, where they influence decisions, drive progress, and inspire others. Women Leadership roles bringing unique qualties and persepctives in women at the workplace:

  2. They value Flexible Working

3. Women forge strong working relationships & collaborative partnerships

4.  They bring diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace

We recognize that efficient utilization of human resources is essential for global economic growth. But, we see scarce representation of women in leadership roles. We acknowledge that women are different, but fail to realize their potential as equals. We accept that women need to be empowered, yet debate who should take the lead & who are the stakeholders.

 

Workshop for Women Leadership

What are the requirements for  a successful corporate career for women? There are multiple paths to effectiveness & numerous competencies to succeed. Women leaders  need to continuously hone & refine them.  It is extremely  important  to see training content is relevant to challenges they face at work and at home. This may range from practicing self promotion,  increasing their  visibility and garnering support from family.

Workshops are offered for those who want to be part of creating more equal world and that develop new skills & strategies for change.

I have been associated with Indian Petroleum Industry for 3 decades in various capacities & leadership roles. As an active Leadership Coach with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), I can help you deal with invisible barriers & ideas about how to recover them.

Individual Women Leadership Coaching  is available  to women leaders at different managerial levels in corporate sector, startups, social sector and  family businesses. Group Leadership Coaching  sessions are also available for B-school students and young working women at the entry level.
